There are many narrow roads around our facility and Lake Kinrinko, so please be careful when you come by car.
In addition, although it is possible to park an ordinary car in the parking lot of this facility, please park in the nearby coin parking when you come with a one-box car.

Notes (Please read)
1. When checking out, please be sure to return the room key to its original place.
2. No smoking inside or outside the property.
3. When sending a forgotten item, the actual shipping cost + 2000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
4. Check out is at 10:00. Please note that an extension fee of 1,000 yen for 30 minutes will be charged for late check-out.
5. Please refrain from chatting, eating and drinking outside the facility after 21:00 as it will disturb the neighbors.
6. When using the parking lot, please do not protrude from the designated area. (See check-in guide)
7. There is a possibility that pests may appear in Yufuin in the summer, so please use the sprays that are always available at the facility to deal with pests. Thank you for your understanding.
8. We have prepared heating equipment, etc., but please be aware that Yufuin in winter can get quite cold and the temperature can drop below freezing.
